Quality Management System Policy
- Our Quality Management System (QMS) is modelled on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
- The primary objectives of our QMS are to ensure customer satisfaction and drive ongoing improvements in business management and quality systems. This includes enhancing productivity, efficiency, and reducing wasteful activities through continuous improvement processes.
- The Management Team is responsible for ensuring that the QMS complies with ISO 9001 requirements and continually enhances its effectiveness.
- The QMS will establish and review measurable Quality Objectives, integrated at relevant functions and levels within the Organization.
- Clear communication of requirements and responsibilities to all employees, along with appropriate quality awareness training, will ensure effective implementation of the QMS.
- Regular reviews initiated by the Management Team will ensure the ongoing appropriateness and relevance of the QMS policy and procedures.
- The system will monitor and measure all activities for conformity to required laws, regulations, and standards.
- Continuous improvement activities will be initiated to meet the evolving needs and expectations of our customers and clients, while also enhancing overall system performance.
The Management Team will ensure that the system records the sequence and interactions of all processes and establishes criteria and methods for effective operation and control through ongoing reviews.
